The owner needed to create a safe walking pathway between the newly constructed UBS Arena and the Elmont Station. The walkway curves uninterrupted around the Belmont Track for onlookers to enjoy the views and stay safely out of the elements. The structure is over a half mile long and helps to provide safety from one point to the other.
